Privacy Policy

When you use JobFast, the information involved includes:

• Account data — your email and authentication credentials, used to create and secure your account.
• Resumes you upload (PDF or DOCX) and the text extracted from them.
• Job descriptions and optional notes you paste into the app.
• Generated outputs — tailored resumes, cover letters, match insights, and interview prep created for you.
• Interview answers you submit for practice and the feedback generated on them.
• Usage data — counts of actions like job analyses and interview answers, used to apply plan limits.
• Billing metadata — for Pro subscribers, subscription status and identifiers needed to manage your plan. Full card details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored by JobFast.

You decide what to put into the app. JobFast does not scrape, import, or collect this information from anywhere else.

We use the information described above to:

• Generate match insights between your resume and a specific job.
• Produce a tailored resume and cover letter that draw only from your real experience.
• Prepare interview questions, STAR-style answer guidance, and practice feedback.
• Store your saved applications so you can return to them later.
• Apply Free and Pro usage limits and manage paid subscriptions.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your resume or applications to train public AI models.

JobFast relies on a small number of third-party providers to operate. Each processes only the data needed for its function, under its own terms and privacy policies:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Stripe — payment and subscription processing, including card details, which JobFast never sees or stores.
• Resend — delivery of transactional email such as sign-up confirmation and password reset.
• AI providers — generating resume, job-match, and interview outputs from the content you submit.

JobFast uses third-party AI models to generate the outputs described above. When you ask the app to analyze a job or generate content, the relevant resume text and job description are sent to those models so they can produce a response. AI providers may temporarily retain inputs and outputs in line with their own policies.

You are responsible for what you submit. Please don't put unnecessary sensitive information into JobFast — in particular, anything you wouldn't be comfortable having processed by an AI service, such as:

• Government identification numbers (e.g. national ID, passport, social security).
• Banking details or specific salary figures you'd rather not share.
• Confidential information belonging to a current or former employer.
• Information about other people without their consent.

If you accidentally upload sensitive content, delete it from JobFast and reach out to us.

You can delete:

• Any resume from the Resumes page.
• Any saved application from the Applications page.

Deleting a resume removes the uploaded file and its extracted text. Deleting an application removes the saved analysis, tailored resume, cover letter, interview prep, and any practice notes attached to it.

If you want your account and all associated data removed, email us at support@jobfast.app and we'll handle it.

JobFast helps you prepare. We don't promise that using JobFast will lead to interviews, offers, or any specific employment outcome. Your results depend on many factors outside the app.

This policy may change as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page along with an updated “Last updated” date.
